Beautiful and modern south-facing villa with private terrace and garden offering amazing sea views situated in the popular and quiet residential area of San Juan de Capistrano

The community offers a spectacular large communal swimming pool area, with gardens, sunbed rental and pool bar. There are also a selection of popular restaurants within walking distance .

To access the property, there is a hill that leads up to San Juan de Capistrano, from the lower part of the hill there is a foot path that takes you to the villa. Once inside comprises of the following:

Ground floor: as you enter there is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and all of the necessary crockery and cooking utensils.

The living area is open plan and consists of a dining area with table and chairs, lounge area with a comfortable two-seater sofa, an armchair, coffee table. There is a smart TV with Spanish and International channels, WiFi and AC in the living area.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom is equipped with two single very high quality mattresses put together (Jensen), built-in wardrobes and views towards the sea and terrace/garden.

A smaller second bedroom/ office is fitted with one single bed

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and blackout curtains. They both share one large shower room with walk in shower and additional storage space. Here is where the top load washing machine is located.

From the living room and master bedroom is direct access to the spacious outdoor area which is divided over two levels and offers plenty of sunshine and amazing sea views.

The top level (ground floor) is furnished with dining table and chairs, a second smaller table with two chairs and in addition a BBQ (gas).

Downstairs on the lower level is a beautiful garden surrounded by blooming flowers and here are two sunbeds.



The villa can be accessed from both the garden side or from the main entrance.

The property is next to a bus link, close to a minimarket, a 20 minute walk to main supermarket Carrefour and is roughly 2 km from the town centre.

Overall, this villa is a wonderful holiday home for anyone looking for sun all day, tranquillity and a home from home feeling.

Easy checkin picking the keys up from the Petrol Station (we had a car). The villa was as expected and exactly the same as the pictures and all the amenities you could need. Lovely pool, but it does get busy, our young daughter really enjoyed herself. Bus stop directly outside and stops once every hour to go into Nerja itself, which was convenient. Local restaurants were good and accomodating.
