The beaches of El Límite and El Playazo are approximately 1 km away. The bus stop is 400 metres away, with hourly services to Nerja, Burriana beach and the market. For journeys outside the area, a car or taxi is recommended: Nerja Taxi operates in the area with journeys to the centre costing approximately €12.



Street parking in the vicinity of the development is usually available even in high season.



Important information: The communal swimming pool is open from April to October. It is not available outside this period. The return journey from the pool or the beach to the apartment involves walking up a slope. To get around the area comfortably and access the beaches and the centre of Nerja, we recommend having your own vehicle.

Access to the pool may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance or cleaning work.

Amazing views

Fantastic view from the balcony, a nice apartment with everything we needed! Close to Nerja city centre and the beach. It was nice to have someone there to show us when we arrived. Let us know ahead of time if there are construction works that affect our stay. Also, the furniture over the double bed was too low and sticking out, we bumped our heads several times.

Heiße Ferien in Nerja

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Service von Casasol, insbesondere die hervorragende Betreuung von Sandra, eine deutsch sprachige, ganz reizende Mitarbeiterin ! Sie war stets per WhatsApp für uns da und hat alle Wünsche umgehend erfüllt ! Die Wohnung war absolut in Ordnung. Es war alles da was man für einen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Auch genügend Geschirr. Besonders gut waren die Vorräte an Putzutensilien und Geschirrspüler Taps. Auch wir haben einige Vorräte eingekauft und dort gelassen, sodass die nachfolgenden Gäste auch davon profitieren können. Die Terrasse war sehr groß und sehr schön. Die Blumen haben wir am Abend mit einem vorhandenen Wasserschlauch gewässert, damit sie so schön bleiben wie wir sie vorgefunden haben. Die Waschmaschine war super und von gewohnter Qualität und sehr sehr nützlich! Wir hatten diese neuen Waschpulverblätter mitgebracht, sie sind sehr leicht für den Transport und super praktisch. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen! Wir werden wie schon öfter, wiederkommen und natürlich bei Casasol buchen! Sehr schön wäre es, wenn man vielleicht zwei leichte Strandstühlchen und einen leichten kleinen Sonnenschirm anschaffen könnte. Sodass zwei Personen damit an den Strand gehen können, der gleich unten hinter der Straße liegt. Das wäre hilfreich und würde die Qualität der Wohnung enorm aufwerten. Mit dem Flugzeug wäre es zu beschwerlich diese Sachen zu transportieren. So teuer ist es sicher nicht es anzuschaffen, am besten am Ende der Saison, da kosten Strandstühlchen und Sonnenschirm die Hälfte! Auch die Kaffeemaschine hat ihre gute Zeiten bereits hinter sich und müsste ausgetauscht werden. Das war auch schon alles! Also alles in allem gibt es nichts zu meckern!

Superbe vue

Cela fait maintenant 3 années de suite que nous louons cet appartement avec une superbe terrasse donnant sur la mer. Les jardins sont magnifiques. Une vue époustouflante sur la mer. L’appartement mériterai juste un petit rafraîchissement au niveau des peintures et la cuisine une totale rénovation. La salle de bain est très petite. Mais la vue est tellement belle que cela mérite bien quelques sacrifices. J’y retournerai l’année prochaine. Surtout que de l’appartement on peut se rendre à Nerja à pied et il y a de belles petites plages au pied de la résidence.

C’est un logement que je loue chaque été depuis 4 ans dans une résidence de type andalouse très fleurie et très calme. La terrasse de l’appartement offre une vue à 180 degrés sur la mer. C’est fantastique a n’importe quelle heure de la journée. Bien que l’appartement vient d’être rénové (cuisine). L’ensemble nécessiterai une petit rafraîchissement au niveau des peintures et du mobilier (Salon)
