    Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a ramp which is 130cm wide alongside a handful of steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. There are a number of steps leading to the pool area, this can be seen in the images. The alfresco dining area of the terrace is flat and tiled. This villa is built in a cave but is relatively flat inside. This is a ground-floor property where the bedroom doors are 70cm wide, the shower room door is 70cm wide, and the door leading into the kitchen/lounge is 240cm wide.*Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Excellent small villa, located on a farm with gated security. Very deceiving size, as it is mostly under the hill side so you only see a small part on the outside. Lovely pool albeit you get some debris from the hillside in it now and then. Great internal living space, very comfortable beds and a modern shower and bathroom. Massive TV for the odd occasion when needed and a workable kitchen if you chose to dine in.
