Large spacious modern house in Nerja close to both Burriana beach and Nerja centreThis nice and very spacious 5-bedroom house is located on Burriana Beach in Nerja with a 3-minute walk to the beach which is Nerja’s largest and finest beach and only a 6 minute walk to Nerja’s cozy center.The house has three south facing terraces with fantastic views of both the sea, the mountains and Nerja. The communal pool is located near the house and is open from April to October.The 140 m2 large house is divided into 2 floors. From the entrance on the 1st floor, you enter a large bright living room with a nice dining area in front of the fireplace as well as a large sofa and TV and air conditioning. On the first floor there is also a fully equipped modern kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and a guest toilet. There is also a bedroom with a double bed that can be divided into two single beds.On the second floor there are one newly renovated bathroom and 4 bright, spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and three bedrooms that have got TV. On this floor there is also a large, lovely terrace with a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. From this terrace you also have access to the large, beautiful roof terrace with sun from morning to evening and with a stunning view over the burriana area and the sea. On the roof terrace there sunbeds, a small dining table and an outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.The house is part of a small community that has access to a nice pool area that is very close located to the house. From the house you have 3 minutes walk to the famous Burriana Beach and 6 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja.Nerja is a genuine and charming city with fantastic views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture and small hidden beaches as well as cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful nature where you can hike, cycle, climb, dive, etc. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. There are also nice golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!DIRECTIONSDirections from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Calle Pinomar 1A at Burriana, Nerja.1. Drive from Malaga Airport and onto the E-15 motorway in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here you follow the signage throughout Malaga, you now have 45 minutes drive to Nerja2. When you see the first signs Nerja you wait to turn off from the Motorway, you choose the last exit number 933. Here you drive on the signage Nerja3. You turn right and follow the sign Nerja, you drive through two round abouts and you just keep straight forward to Nerja.4. In the third round about you turn left and drive against Nerja centre. Keep driving on road N-340 straight through Nerja until you you come to a roundabout with a sign P-Burriana (resturant Asiatico) here you turn right agains the ocean and drive on Calle Filipinas.5. Drive until you see the restaurant Calypso 51, here turn right before the restaurant, and then direct right again. You come to a black gate. Here you find a key box hanging on the gate, open the key box with the 4 digit code that you received in your booking confirmation. You park the car just outside the house, you see here a sign Casa Champagne, this is the entre to the house. You find a key cabinet at the entrance.
