Designed for families and groups of friends, Le Gite de la colline is the perfect base to explore Gascony from Nérac. Discover castles, bastides, charming villages, and traditional festivals of southwest France.



Set on a fenced property, the house features a children’s play area, ping-pong table, pétanque court, infinity pool, and a spacious terrace—ideal for relaxing and enjoying time together. The terrace has a retractable awning (3.5 x 3 m) for ample shade, and the garden lounge area benefits from natural shade under the trees.



The gite offers 3 well-equipped bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), with a single WC. The large open-plan living area with kitchen, lounge, and dining space opens directly onto the terrace and pool. A children’s room can also serve as an extra bedroom, and a baby cot is available.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. An outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha, located right next to the terrace, completes the setup.



During hot weather, we recommend closing shutters and windows during the day and opening them at night to keep the house cool.

Maison tout confort avec vue magnifique

Pros: L'extérieur est absolument top : piscine extrêmement bien entretenue et agréable, bordée d'une immense terrasse et très bien fleurie. Les chambres et salles de bain sont très bien.

Un havre de paix en pleine nature

Pros: Les photos sur le site sont magnifiques, mais je peux vous assurer qu’une fois sur place, c’est encore mieux !!! la maison est spacieuse et très bien agencée. La piscine est de taille parfaite avec vue sur l’église de Nérac . En ce qui concerne les commodités, il ne manque rien dans cette maison nous avions juste à ranger nos valises . Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli avec un joli panier garni de fruits et légumes !

Heel leuk huisje, rustig gelegen, maar toch dicht bij het centrum

Pros: Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, er was al standaard koffie/thee, kruiden, toiletpapier, vuilzakken aanwezig. We kregen ook een flesje wijn en vers fruit bij aankomst, wat leuk was, daar we op zondagavond pas toekwamen en de winkels al gesloten waren. Propere keuken, alles voorhanden, veel messen/potten/gerief. Ook de kamers hadden mooie, ruime kasten. Supermarkten liggen dicht in de buurt, alsook wat restaurantjes, de markt en er is ook een leuk aquapark op nog geen km van het huisje, leuk voor de kinderen! Cons: Ik vond persoonlijk wat minder dat er maar 1 toilet was, we waren met 5 personen. Er is ook maar 1 douche (wel 2 badkamers). Hele ruime tuin, maar je kan er minder gebruik van maken, terras en zwembad liggen heel dicht bij elkaar met weinig schaduwruimte. We hadden wel net een hittegolf, dus konden we helaas minder gebruik maken van de loungeruimte in de tuin, het was niet uit te houden van de warmte, er waren ook geen parasols voorzien. Daarom dat wij het natuurlijk heel erg jammer vonden dat er geen airco was in de kamers. Ik vermoed bij normaal weer dat dit misschien minder nodig is, maar wij hebben het echt snikheet gehad. De bedden vonden we nu persoonlijk echt veel te hard. Maar we hebben wel zeker een heel leuk verblijf gehad!
