This hotel is not well maintained. Our first room had a shattered window, curtains falling down and plumbing issues (toilet not flushing). We were then moved to another room where the tub faucet was not secure. When we pulled the diverter knob, the whole faucet came with it. It did seem clean, but just needs some repair and upgrading. The staff was nice.

The room was worn, but clean. They do not charge for dogs, which makes the room a bargain. The air conditioning did not work well and it struggled to keep the room below 74 and it was 74 outside. I don't think the air conditioning would work during summer.

The pool is out of order and has been stagnate for some time. There was one towel in the room for four of us staying, and it was dirty. The staff was not the greatest during check-in. You get what you pay for that is for sure.

For the 3rd time was told the pool was working but upon arrival it again was not. One of the main amenities we look for. Bathroom door would not latch. Shower was slanted and bowing and very unsafe for someone with balance issues. My granddaughter almost fell as well. Fridge leaked. Air conditioner was not working properly. Kids and people running around and screaming at midnight for almost an hour as well as dogs fighting in hall. Experiences used to be overall good but the last 2 or 3 times we have stayed i feel maintenance and cleanliness has deteriorated.
