The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, offering an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the main level.
On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room with WC.
