Very beautiful chalet "Edelweiss", 3 storeys, built in 2004. In the hamlet Sarclentse, 3 km from the centre of Haute-Nendaz. Private: well-kept garden (not fenced). In the house: sauna, washing machine. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars), single garage. Shop 3 km, bus stop "Dardel" 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Siviez 4 Vallées 5.5 km, Nendaz Tracouet 3 km. Hiking paths: Bisse d'en bas 10 m. Please note: car recommended.
"Edelweiss", 7-room chalet 180 m2 on 3 levels, south-east facing position. Spacious, wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Top floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony and east facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony.
