This two-room apartment features a bright living room with a sitting area and a dining table, opening onto a terrace that offers a pleasant outdoor space. The separate kitchen is functional and fully equipped to meet your needs. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom has a tub-shower combination. The entire space is cozy and practical.

There are no additional fees to expect other than the tourist tax, which must be paid after the reservation is finalized. The tourist tax, collected by Swiss municipalities, applies to all stays within Switzerland. It helps fund the cultural, tourist, and sports facilities that enhance your stay.

The Richelieu building is located in the center of Nendaz’s main square, above the gas station and the Girolamo garage. You can park in front of the building in the spaces reserved for the building. However, their availability is not guaranteed, as they are accessible to all residents. The entrance is located on the right side of the building. Please note: You must check in before 9:30 p.m.; otherwise, the building’s main door will lock, and you will not be able to access your apartment!

There is a bus stop called “Haute-Nendaz, Station/Poste” located a 2-minute walk from your apartment. From this stop, you can take a bus that will take you to the gondola departure point in 5 minutes.
