Loved our room & the river in front. Found the Front Desk Staff a bit indifferent. Parking was a lottery of which we were not informed. Also not informed about a conference in the restaurant on our 2 nights there which meant we had to dine elsewhere.

The photos advertised for the bathroom were not accurate. The floor for the shower was the same floor throughout the bathroom so when you shower water gets everywhere. The photos showed a divided shower. As well as we got a riverfront studio and our view was of the parking lot and the pool. There was also a notice in the room that I did not see advertised that there was a possibility of bugs being present in the room due to being close to the river which my wife and felt uneasy throughout the night. Had we known this information before hand, I would not have booked this hotel room. Finally, the floors were covered in large stains that made it feel uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. Very unsatisfactory stay at the tides hotel.
