Lack of kitchen facilities, the room had a jug and small amount of coffee and tea sachets but nowhere adequate to fill jug nicely as it was awkward to fill in bathroom sink, and no brush to clean cups for re use. Also the bath tub drain has a water backing up issue. Other than that the room was really nice and clean.

We couldnt work out how to use the heater, the buttons were broken and it looked quite old. Also there was no wifi password and reception didnt answer when i rang. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable
