Excellent motel in the heart of Nelson city centre. Very clean and comfortable and managers very welcoming and informative. Totally recommend when staying in Nelson.

This is a great place to stay, been here before and always my preference. It is so quiet despite being a stone’s throw from the city centre and on a busy road. We had a two bedroom unit, it had everything you need, huge rooms, well appointed, nice to have a Nespresso machine, chocolates, good towel supply, really everything was perfect. I thoroughly recommend, super friendly and lovely.

Great service as soon as we got there they let us know about things to do in Nelson and its surroundings gave us MAPS for the Area. The room was fantastic well equipped and clean . They came in everyday and cleaned supplied fresh milk and took out our rubbish i'm so glad we stayed and as i said when i left we will be back.

Do not book here. We specifically booked a spa room arrived to a basic room with a shower. Expedia have no idea what rooms they have available so just book you anything but at the cost of the more expensive room. Expedia refused to refund. Palazzo refuse to refund. Payed top dollar for a basic ass room.

A modern, well presented and extremely clean premises. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. A standout was when our room was tidied daily, it was left looking exactly as it was when we booked in. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back, again!
