• Ocean Horizon will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.



• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4 hours will be included in your booking.



• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. Please see our General Terms & Conditions for full details.



• Stairs - This is a two-storey home with entry, garage, living, kitchen, dining and powder room (half bathroom) on the main floor and 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (including one ensuite) and laundry on the lower floor. In a garden setting below the bedroom level is the spa pool deck, accessed via steps that weave down from the deck on this level.



⭐️ Check-in is available between 3pm and 8pm, 7 days a week.

• Late arrivals after 8pm are outside of our service hours and will only be possible by agreement. A minimum additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
