At Sundance you will be within a two-minute walk to Dutchmans Beach and Bagnalls Beach. Stroll 25 mins along the Bartlett Cycleway into the Marina and CBD at Nelson Bay to explore the cafe’s, restaurants, bars and boutiques. It’s just a 10 minute drive to Shoal Bay, and a 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay Golf Club.
