Bed configuration 1 Queen size, 1 tri-bunk (double on the bottom & single on top) 1 porta cot. (please note no linen is supplied for the porta cot)
We do apologize for the inconvenience, but due to Workcover laws our cleaners are unable to make the bunk beds. Clean linen is provided at the end of each bed for you to use during your stay, there is no need to strip the linen from the bed when you leave
The bathroom has a combined shower and bath, may not be suitable for the elderly or people that may have a disability that may restrict them stepping into the bath.
All rooms with Air Conditioning (heat & cool) & Fans in the bedrooms.
Unlimited free use of common laundry located in rear common space area at rear of apartment

There are Taxis available in the Nelson Bay area, however no Uber service is available at present
We ask to all guests remove your rubbish including bathroom refuse to the bins at the front of the unit complex prior to departure. Failure to comply may incur an additional cleaning fee of AU$50.
Please leave the BBQ and surrounds in the condition you find them, If the BBQ needs cleaning after you leave an additional cleabning fee of $40 will be payable
The guest laundry facility is a separate stand alone building located at the rear of the property, an access key is provided, there are 3 automatic washing machines and a large clothes line for your use.
There is a single dedicated undercover parking space for our guests use during their stay, the space is located under our apartment clearly marked
with unit No 2. (2050mm clearance height). The allocated space is the only space for guests to use during their stay. Parking in time limited visitor parking spaces is not permitted.
Breach of the strata parking bylaws for parking infringments made during your stay will result in termination of the booking and any fines to the property owner be passed on to the guests for payment.
