I rent a lot of VRBOs at Wintergreen, and this unit is the worst I've ever rented. The only good thing about this unit is the location. Issues during my stay included the following. The clothes washer didn't work - a sign "not working" was taped to it. The microwave didn't work (issue with the door sensor). Not sure if the dishwasher works correctly - everything was cold at the end of a "heated dry" cycle and there were odd stains inside. The bed is really low and the mattress was extremely soft and sagging. When the bathroom fan is turned on, the lights turn off (wiring issue). There are mis-matched color temperature blubs in various light fixtures (multiple colors in the chandelier, for example). Drawer broken in bedside table. No dresser in the bedroom. The living room torchiere light was missing the switch. The dining room chairs were worn and stained. The Keurig needs descaling. The unit needs repainting throughout - all types of wear and scuffs and open nail holes from things that are no longer there. The large clock in the kitchen was wrong. Overall, just a very poorly maintained unit and far below the standards of others at Wintergreen. Only good for very basic lodging.
