Extremely noisy, dohs barking outside most of the night. Extremely noisy, every sound from the restaursnt below can be heard in your room which means no sleep until 11.30pm and woken at 6am with staff in restaurant ans music playing. Bed Linen had several large tears. Extra charge for milk, this was not supplied with the room tea/coffee, althougj they say its free, staff agreed its chargeable

This is a fantastic place to stay! I only stayed one night to catch a flight but would stay here an extra day to go to the spa and relax. I did have a massage which was wonderful and affordable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a delicious dinner at Salt, their restaurant. 100% recommend.

The staff was great, but overall the hotel could use some improvement. There was a bit of a language barrier, and at times certain English words were not fully understood, which is understandable but did create some minor challenges. The spa was fantastic, and the massages were truly excellent. Breakfast was also outstanding—very well organized and enjoyable. I was especially appreciative of how smoothly the airport pickup was coordinated. That said, the hotel could improve the quality of its bedding. Unfortunately, the pillows appeared to be moldy, holes which was quite unpleasant. Addressing this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Very proactive staff, all friendly, excellent English and well designed for foreigners. Internet was very slow at peak times- this was only downside. Really appreciated the transport to and from airport. The dining felt like 5 star food without 5 star prices (although I am not a gourmet).

The staff in the hotel were lovely and kindly helped us take our suitcases up the stairs to our room. They provided us with a delicious papaya welcome drink and the room was filled with all the usual amenities which was appreciated. We would liked to have ordered food and drinks, as well as using the spa but the phone in room 101 did not work. We had a long day of travelling so didn't bother walking down to reception. We attempted to contact them via email and WhatsApp but no response received. To note, the staff were lovely in person and the communication prior to the stay was fantastic and we appreciated the complomentary airport transfer..

I stayed in a nice big room. Ordered meet&greet service from the airport and it was spot on. Hotel manager arranged late check in (we arrived long after midnight). Few things to improve for future customers: 1) i asked for a twin bed room but got a double room (even though twin beds were confirmed) 2) breakfast is good, but servise was extremely SLOW. Wasn't a problem on the first day, but we were in a rush on the next day, and it seemed that cooks and waiters didn't care even though i repeated several times that i had a tight schedule. Ended up leaving with half eaten pancake and paid for a bread basket that never arrived.

We had an excellent stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help – we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The dinner at the restaurant was outstanding, both in quality and service. Breakfast was generous, with a choice between a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, an American breakfast, or a continental one – all fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
