Welcome to your home away from home! We want to welcome you to our cozy, luxurious slice of paradise. This beautiful cabin was handcrafted by local artisans from reclaimed hardwoods. This newly constructed retreat pays homage to the history of the Appalachians while offering modern amenities like air conditioning, a full kitchen, and internet.
Retreat to the covered porch overlooking a gorgeous fishing pond or relax on the balcony and look at the stars.

Our cabin is easily accessible and close to many outdoor attractions like Mount Michell, Grandfather Mountain, Catawba Falls and Linville Gorge. Perfect for immersing yourself in the vibrant color of Fall in Western North Carolina. After you finish exploring the outdoors, come home to the cabin and nap in the new comfortable king-size bed upstairs alongside a balcony on the second story. It is cozy, comfortable, relaxing, and the perfect getaway for couples or good friends. If you’re looking to unplug, unwind, relax, and take in the views and serene aroma and sounds of Western North Carolina, our cabin is the perfect place for you!

Lots of outdoor adventures are waiting to be explored nearby. Our cabin sits privately on a 20 acre farm with woodland, pastures, creeks with easy access to National Forests, Asheville, Charlotte, and Hickory.

We have a covered deck, covered porch, and balcony all great for sitting outside and relaxing both day and night.

We do have modern conveniences which includes a full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, linens, dishes and silverware, beer mugs in the freezer, ice, smart TV, Wi-Fi and a desk space if you happen to need to work during your stay. The bedroom is in the loft. The cabin sleeps 2 comfortably. Can sleep up to 3 upon request and for an additional fee.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Gather all used towels and place on the floor in the bathroom. Place all dirty dishes in the sink.
Gather all trash place in main garbage can in the kitchen closet. If more than one bag you can set on top or place bags outside the back door (near car park) - on the deck area.
Bed, no need to make bed. Just leave used linens on the bed. If you used any extra sheets or blankets please leave them out so they will be washed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

You are welcome to fish from the deck. Catch and Release fishing. No cleaning or cooking fish you catch onsite.
The cabin sleeps 2 guest comfortably. It can sleep up to 3 guests upon request for an additional nightly fee. Guest 3 sleep on air mattress or sofa.

The cabin was ideal - Quiet, clean, rustic, private, and adorable. It is conveniently close to Marion and its amenities while having all of the essentials itself - fast WiFi, plenty of cozy seating, and a small but well-appointed kitchen. Michelle was a wonderful host who made sure checking in and checking out was smooth and simple. This is the place for anyone seeking a quiet retreat to relax in, or a comfortable base from which to explore the area.

Honestly, this is the coolest cabin we’ve ever stayed in! The architecture and materials used in building the cabin are beautiful! Very responsive host! We went into Marion, about 15 mins. away. The meed tasting in town is a must, as is their turkey sandwich.

This home was great, and I do mean "Home." It feels like like a place you've been away from and a sadness hits when it's time to leave. The Host Michelle was awesome, very responsive and thoughtful. The location is great. 20 min from towns in any direction and nestled away on its own. My wife and I really enjoyed this home and will definitely be coming back in the future. I caught a couple fish in the pond right from the back porch. While my wife sat cozy on the couch enjoying a book. It was great. Thank you again for having us.
