Another great Stay

All good for us. We would like to see the chance of cheeses at breakfast, and maybe a change of cereals too. The staff can't do enough for you and they are a credit to the company.

The staff are what made this stay so enjoyable. The building was clean, and the breakfast was well stocked. The room was warm, but they did provide a fan.

This was our 5th stay here while we’ve been getting our house ready. The other 4 rooms have been ok, this one (140) was terrible. It stank of bleach, the sink was half blocked, carpet was dirty, the light didn’t work and the duvet cover was dirty and ripped. Very disappointing.

Comfortable beds and clean linen. Loved the welcome pack for our dog. A room without a carpet would feel more hygienic as carpet felt a little dated and not particularly clean. Other than that a great stay. Polite and curtious staff. Breakfast was also plentiful and a good selection on offer. We would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel that offered exactly what we needed.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of options hot or cold. Sofa bed was a little on the small side for our teens to share but for one night it did the job. Room was clean and quiet. Easy drive in to Swansea the next day for our graduation event. Really pleased with our stay here.
