Les Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande are delighted to welcome you! This house in Néant-sur-Yvel offers 5 rooms and 150 m² of space, perfect for a large family. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge with a wood-burning stove, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to three comfortable bedrooms. The gîte is set in the heart of nature, close to the famous Brocéliande forest. The ground floor features a kitchen, a lounge with TV, and pleasant bedrooms. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. The property is surrounded by a garden, and a garage is available for secure parking of motorbikes or bicycles.
