Wir vermieten unser Ferienhaus in Griechenland auf der schönen Halbinsel Chalkidiki im Ort Nea Kalikratia.
Jetzt auch mit WiFi und Klimaanlage.
Das Haus/ die untere Etage ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet fĂŒr 4-5 Personen. Im Winter nur fĂŒr 4 Personen. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Schlafmöglichkeit im separaten Wohnzimmer. KĂŒche mit Esstisch. Schöner Garten mit ĂŒberdachter Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln.

200 m bis zum langen flachabfallenden Sandstrand. FĂŒr Sonnenfreunde ideal von Mai bis Oktober. Da das Wasser sehr flach ist, ideal fĂŒr kleine Kinder. Gute Busverbindungen und nur 35 km zum Flughafen Thessaloniki. 3km von Nea Kalikratia und 2 km Von Nea Iraklia entfernt. Dort gibt es alles fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf. Einen kleinen Bauernmarkt und romantische Fischtavernen mit Sonnenuntergang ĂŒber dem Olymp. Ausflugsziele: Höhle in Petralona, Hafenstadt Nea Moudania, Sithonia, Kassandra, Thessaloniki, Der Olymp liegt auf der anderen Seite der Bucht ca. 100 km, gute Wandermöglichkeiten. FĂŒr MĂ€nner AusflĂŒge nach Athos (Vorbuchung erforderlich) , TagesausflĂŒge nach Meteora / Kalambaka sind möglich. Auch Kavala oder Thassos und Samothrake sind lohnende Ziele.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhiger Lage, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Der Garten ist schön gepflegt. Mann kann draußen sitzen und seinen Kaffee genießen wenn es noch nicht so heiß ist. Die Außendusche hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Das ist sehr praktisch mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und was auch wichtig ist, sehr schnell. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Zuerst das positive. - Problemloser Kontakt zu den Besitzern und Zugang zur Unterkunft. - Lage der Unterkunft (ca. 5 Gehminuten zum nĂ€chstgelegenen Strand. Jetzt das Negative: Die Unterkunft ist aufgerĂ€umt, was nicht bedeutet dass sie sauber ist. Bei Ankunft waren insbesondere die Ecke teilweise mit Spinnen versehen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben einem Kanal (Fluss oder bAch wĂ€re ĂŒbertrieben). Jedoch wimmelt es von Moskitos wenn man abends auf der Veranda sitzen möchte und man wird quasi gezwungen sich ins Hausinnere zu begeben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in meinen Augen unterirdisch. Ein Badezimmer gibt es nicht, der richtige Begriff wĂ€re Nasszelle. Vorhanden sind auf ca. 2,25m2 eine Toilette, ein mini Waschbecken, eine Dusche (wobei teilweise typisch Bauart mit Fliesensockel und Vorhang). Der Wasserstrahl ist absolut lĂ€cherlich schwach und bei einer KörpergrĂ¶ĂŸe von 1,90m kann man gebeugt duschen da die Decke sehr niedrig ist. Des weiteren gibt es keinen Gummiabzieher mit dem man ĂŒberschĂŒssiges Wasser entfernen kann. SĂ€mtliche Möbel sind veraltet und in die Tage gekommen. SĂ€mtliche MalertĂ€tigkeiten am Haus sind unterste Schublade. Ein „Abkleben“ ist hier wohl nicht gewollt und die Spuren sind ĂŒberall zu erkennen. Bei der Ankunft wurde darum gebeten den Garten zu bewĂ€ssern (Ähm sry, was interessiert mich der Garten ich bin im Urlaub und nicht der GĂ€rtner)! Nur weil die Preise in der Umgebung gestiegen sind heißt das nicht das jede Immobilie im Wert gestiegen ist

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Die NĂ€he zum Strand (3 min zu Fuß) und die StrĂ€nde selbst und der große Garten mit Außendusche hat uns am besten gefallen. Wir wĂŒrden fĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe, AusflĂŒge etc. auf jeden Fall empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu buchen. Die meisten Taxiunternehmen finden das Haus nicht. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht, eine grĂ¶ĂŸere SpĂŒlmaschine wĂ€re evtl noch toll, sowie ein zweiter Standventilator. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, was im Sommer wegen der Außendusche aber nicht stört. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich & unkompliziert.

Excellent séjour

Petit logement propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© et surtout d’un calme (mois de mai)nous aurions prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© un micro onde Ă  la place du lave vaisselle mais c’était trĂšs bien et Sabine et son mari sont trĂšs gentils et serviables et aussi discrets Bon sĂ©jour malgrĂ© un temps mitigĂ©
