Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Das Hotel ist richtig schön und ruhig gelegen, vor allem mit der großen Pool-- und Badeteichanlage. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Es fehlt nichts. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut. Die Gerichte sind kunstvoll angerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Fantastisch hotel, mooie kamer, heerlijk eten en een lekker zwembad. Wel is het een bestaand familiehotel dat omgetoverd is tot lifestyle hotel en de nieuwe uitstraling is niet overal doorgevoerd. Zo is het een schitterende lobby met volledig nieuwe uitstraling, maar is het restaurant nog niet in deze nieuwe stijl getransformeerd. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi gestyled, de badkamers missen dan net weer even de wow-factor.

Punti rewards sfumati nel nulla

Avevo prenotato pagando in anticipo sul sito hotels.com e avevo deciso di sfruttare una delle mie notti gratis ottenute col programma rewards. In hotel invece mi hanno detto che avevano rifiutato il pagamento perchè hanno deciso di non prendere più il pagamento in anticipo... Morale: la mia notte gratis è stata impegnata ma non sfruttata e alla fine ho pagato di più di quanto previsto in fase di prenotazione: 204 € invece di 164 €. I proprietari dell'hotel non hanno mostrato la benché minima intenzione di capire il problema e hanno mantenuto la loro linea senza alcuna possibilità di dialogo. La cosa peggiore è che questi signori non sapevano neanche cosa fosse il programma rewards! Detto questo, passiamo all'hotel: cucina buona, ma atmosfera della cena non da 4 stelle, con formaggiera sul tavolo per intenderci. Hotel bello e curato, ma impersonale e servizio decisamente non adeguato.

Großartiges Hotel !

Ein ganz großartiger Aufenthalt und ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel! Im April 2018 neu fertig geworden. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super Wellness, Sauna und Poolbereich. Die Chefin an der Rezeption und das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Ich bin noch immer ganz begeistert und werde definitiv wiederkommen.
