It’s a brand new villa, built in 2021, located very close (3.1km) to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Agios Prokopios and only 500m from the famous Laguna beach, an ideal beach for windsurf and kitesurf.
It is set in a quiet area where you can enjoy privacy but also in an ideal location to be your base for getting around the whole island.
