Good space but rooms could use a bit more upkeep. Bathroom door handle wouldn't stay attached and there is some obvious wear and tear. Great location and helpful staff. Just wish they served breakfast earlier than 8:30am since we had to miss it to catch our ferry.

Anastasia at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast on the beach was delicious, plentiful, and the view was amazing. Location of the hotel is great. I would definitely consider this hotel again if I go back to Naxos.

The Ippokampos is always a joy to visit. The hotel on the beachfront is about a good a location as one could hope to find in Chora. Breakfasts are excellent whether served inside or at the table the beach, guests get beach towels and a discount on loungers. the staff are wonderful -- especially Dimitra. The apartments are also excellent. Farther from the beach (less than 10 minute walk), but very comfortable and conveniently located for everything in Chora.

The Staff and location for this hotel were amazing. the restaurant was delicious. had breakfast and great coffee daily. The beach in front of the hotel was one of the better beaches on the island. and the umbrellas were discounted for patrons. the room sizes are small. like really small. but, the staff was great and very accommodating. parking was always available. easy walk to around the main town.

Room was always cleaned, breakfast was good every morning. The staff are super friendly, they helped us set up airport transfer for when we arrived and when we left, also helped set up a car rental for us. Couldn’t have asked for more from them really.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would highly recommend. Anastasia at the front desk was beyond amazing! She was so willing to help with all arrangements, things to do, anything with our room or booking a car etc. Very satisfied with the staff at the restaurant as well. Amazing property right on the beach literally steps away. The staff was amazing and so accommodating esp with our young son. Great location if you have a family! Wonderful complementary breakfast and rides can be arranged from the port/airport if needed. Clean rooms with lovely design.

Very nice overall hotel. Great breakfast included. I recommend to not book the economy suite. We upgraded rooms. The next best option was great. Beach is very nice. Great set up with chairs but costs 15€ per day if you want to use them. Overall I would recommend this hotel
