This hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The little extra touches really made the stay special—from the complimentary welcome drink on arrival to the thoughtful treat waiting in the room. From the moment of arrival to the day of departure the staff at the Grotta Hotel were superb! They offered transfer to and from the port, an incredibly delicious and freshly made spread of breakfast foods, and the spa amenities were a lovely little bonus. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, as were the rest of the premises. Our only wish is that we had stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's located just a few minutes from the port and offers a complimentary transfer, which made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. The hotel also has convenient parking for our rental car. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the authentic Naxian breakfast, featuring delicious local specialties. Enjoying breakfast each morning with beautiful views of the ocean and the iconic Portara was a perfect way to start the day. The location is excellent—close enough to walk to town in about 10 minutes, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naxos.

This is a really great Hotel at an incredible price. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is incredible. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. Great bed and linens. The hotel is owned by the same people who own the Olive Mill Museum- and it is a must see and taste for all things olive. Location is perfect for walking to town and major sites. This place is a real find.

Great stay! The staff was amazing—very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is less than a 10‑minute walk from Naxos Town and the port and offers beautiful sea views. The staff also helped us book a rental car, which made everything easy. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Our stay at the Hotel Grotta Hotel was excellent. The staff was helpful, pleasant and always in a good mood. The breakfast was plentiful, divers and delicious. Transfer was free and offered a welcome drink while they brought our suitcases to our room. Location is just above port. Highly recommend .
