A haven of peace 12 minutes from Lake Annecy, the small port and Albigny beach. On the edge of Annecy-le-Vieux, you can gather in this bright wooden frame chalet for 8 people with Jacuzzi and a beautiful swimming pool (usable from July to August) in a quiet and bucolic space, close to the Fier river, known for its gorges and crowned with forests.



On the ground floor: an entrance hall, an equipped kitchen open to living room / living room withfireplace, a master bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower, a toilet
