Fully equipped for 6 people: large kitchen-dining room with fireplace and pantry, big windows with outdoor views, and an open porch with barbecue. There are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional guest bathroom.

Set in a natural rural environment near Barcelona, Andorra, Lleida, and Vic, all easily accessible. Between Solsona and Cardona, the area offers a mix of culture, history, and natural beauty—perfect for those seeking an authentic, relaxing experience in the heart of Catalonia.

- The owners live on the same property, with a private, separate entrance.

- The estate has four independent rural accommodations, each with a private entrance.

- Water is filtered and drinkable but contains saline derivatives; bringing bottled water is recommended.

- The barbecue cannot be used on very hot days or during fire risk; please check availability. Only charcoal is allowed.

- Fireworks or anything that sparks and could cause a fire are not allowed.

- Smokers are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground to prevent fires.
