I'd rate our stay as "ok." But for the price, it could have been much better. The toilet ran and leaked, hot water was hit or miss, housekeeping didn't speak English and didn't give extra towels, had to go to front desk to get towels, TV didn't have a remote, door was stuck and hard to open, and overall room could use upgrades. Pool is outside and was green tinted, so we didn't explore that option. Breakfast area is tiny.

The good: The staff was excellent. There were no bugs and things seemed clean. The bad: everything else. Our first room didn’t have light in the vanity area so a floor lamp was plugged in and moved to that area. The tv didn’t work. The toilet’s plumbing leaked so badly the room below us had to call maintenance to come in. Their solution was to turn the water off and we were supposed to turn it on and off again after using it. However, turning off the water didn’t stop the leak which seemed to be coming from the tank. We eventually had to move to another room. While that room didn’t have a plumbing leak, the smoke detector was missing (wires left hanging out of the wall) and the refrigerator didn’t work. Oh and there was no hot or even warm water for morning showers. Our family was in another room that reeked of dog and they had a full refrigerator that didn’t work but their freezer did work. The staff was great but this place should not be open until completely demolished and rebuilt.

I was disappointed with the extremely dim lighting but even more disappointed when I found hair in the bathtub. If I had seen that before I lugged heavy bags up the stairs, I would have asked for a different room. Also had issues with the keycard and had to walk back across the property to inform them it was not working.

Not ok

We have recently stayed at many Days Inn and all have been exceptional. Unfortunately, this one was not. Outdated furnishings, musty/smelly rooms, fridges not working, etc... The front desk lady was great, but she can only do so much with what she has to work with. We will not book here again.

Property was dripping water, ice mchine didn't work. Poor breakfast, hot water underneath in a cabinet with storage items for oatmeal. No blow dryer, musty smell. Picture foes not represents quality of linens in room.
