Staff was friendly and courteous and did what they could to help. Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work. Not all lights worked. Hot water takes a long time after turning all facets on to come in. Furniture badly in need of updating. Room was clean but had an odd smell. Suite 112

Dear Expedia. The room I booked was very disgusting. The shower was dirty and had live roach on shower head and one on bathroom floor . It was so late last night I had no choice to stay there . I always use Expedia, and usually get a very nice room . This room was way too much money to be such a bad room . I would really like to get a refund . Can you help me out with that please? Room was clean but no hot water and definitely did not sleep five like advertised. Why did they only provide one washcloth and two towels if it sleeps five why would you not have five washcloths or even four only one?! We will not be staying at this location again!

It served its purpose. Only stayed a night, and I mean a few hours while in town for an event. It’s a small town where there’s not a lot of need for a fancy hotel stay. Some things could be done to make it just a little better. For instance, holes in the walls stuffed with tissue where a towel rack was pulled off could be patched. Shower heads could be replaced. Other than that and a few dirty spots on the walls it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t amazing. It’s a decent place to stay if you’re in town for a construction job or something similar.

Staff were very polite and helpful. They had a decent breakfast selection. The hotel overall looked a little worn, but nothing too major. Rooms were decently clean - not perfect, but nothing needing to be addressed. Parking was fine. Area seemed fine. Rooms were quiet other than a little stomping from the room above, which is hard to avoid. We'd happily stay again.
