"Tequila Sunrise" is a cute 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bath condo that overlooks Navarre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico... you will love this 5th floor condo and it`s breathtaking views! This condo offers comfortable décor, tile floors in the main living areas, a dining area that seats 4, a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, a king bed that is only 2 years old, in the master bedroom, resort style twin bunk beds in the hallway, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower, updates smart TV's in the living room and bedroom and a private balcony with views of Navarre Beach. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Amazing stay

We had a great vacation! The unit was clean and just as pictured. The view was beautiful! The beach service that is included was great and they had plenty of chairs. The owner is very responsive and the unit was well stocked. One of the best VRBO rentals we have had.
