Welcome to Isla Mia (meaning My Island), a beautiful sound-front retreat designed for unforgettable family vacations. Nestled on the peaceful west end of Navarre Beach, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home offers direct access to the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a short stroll (only one-tenth of a mile) from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf.

Step inside and you’ll find a spacious open floor plan that’s perfect for gathering together with family and friends. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly, surrounded by wraparound windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning water views. The living area features a large TV for family movie nights, while the fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze with a gas island stove, modern appliances, and granite countertops. Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you take in breathtaking sunsets over the Sound. On this same level, the home features two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two Twins, ideal for kids or guests. These rooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom.

Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and Twin bunk bed, plus two full baths and a fun game room with a TV. This level opens directly to the private sound-front beach, providing easy access for everyone to enjoy time together by the water or simply relax and take in the view.

Upstairs, the master suite is a true escape with a King bed, private balcony overlooking the Sound, and a luxurious en suite bath featuring a walk-in tile shower and a large garden tub.

Outside, the private beach and pier make it easy to swim, fish, or launch your boat or wave runner right from the property. Fire up the stainless gas grill for family cookouts and enjoy waterfront dining with a view you’ll never forget.
