Welcome to Shell Bottom Blues!  This condo includes Complimentary Beach Chairs from March 1st until October 31st!  Located on the pristine beaches of Navarre Beach, Summerwind Resort is considered by many to be the jewel of Navarre. Whether you need accommodations for just a quick romantic getaway, or planning a large family reunion, Summerwind Resort offers everything you need to make your vacation experience a memorable one!  With condos ranging from one to three bedrooms, relax at one of three pools and hot tubs, grill up a fantastic meal at our grilling areas, or work off that extra bite of seafood in our exercise room. 

Summerwind 302 East, also known as Shell Bottom Blues is a Gulf front 1 bedroom, 1,5 bathroom condo. It is located on the third floor in the East Tower of Summerwind Resort, with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, and Florida's longest Pier from the private balcony.  This condo sleeps 6, with a King in the master, 2 Twins (bunkbeds) built into the hallway alcove, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Shell Bottom Blues has recently been upgraded and updated with brand new kitchen appliances, new Quartz kitchen countertops, and sinks. The living room, dining area, as well as the bedroom have new furniture, TV's and ceiling fans. All beds have new mattresses   This new upgrade also includes 4 smart TV's of which 2 are built into the bunk bed alcove. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer located in the condo. Complimentary wireless internet and cable TV are included. 

And, for those chilly days, Shell Bottom Blues has two beautiful fireplaces; one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Book your stay today as this condo very popular and books up fast!

**You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Very nice condo! We enjoyed our stay over spring break and would definitely return. We think this is the perfect Navarre location! This 3rd floor condo has the perfect view of the ocean, pool, and pier. Sound wise, I would have never known we had rooms above, below, and to the side of us. It always seemed so quiet. They have board games, boogie boards, binoculars, and more. The kitchen has every appliance or utensil you could need. Do bring your own standard size coffee filters though! The bathroom was very clean and they offer a great amount of nice, white bath towels. Washer and dryer worked great. The pool and beach were very close and only a couple minute walk. We never had issues getting pool or beach chairs/umbrellas.All of the rugs could use a wash but over all, the condo was well kept! The king bed is very soft with polyester sheets. I only mention that incase someone prefers a more firm bed. Thank you for a great stay! You guys have done a great job with this condo!

Awesome vacation for us

It was an awesome vacation for us at Navarre properties. We enjoyed a lot with spectacular view of sea waves, their swimming pool was good. Inside the property had sufficient utensils and management was very efficient to implement the rule and regulation. Thanks for all the support we got.
