This property has a private Gulf front balcony with gorgeous views of the white sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf. Even if you are not on the balcony, you can still enjoy the beautiful views through the large floor to ceiling glass windows in your rental. Each property is fully furnished with conveniences, a full kitchen, washer and dryer. This furnished condo is well decorated and comes with a fully stocked kitchen (all eating and cooking dishes and utensils), dining area, living room, 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 1/2 baths and 2 built in bunk beds in the hallway. Two televisions: one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. Enjoy the beach, enjoy the pool, enjoy the grilling area, and fish/walk on the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Within minutes walking distance to restaurants, water sport equipment rentals, and the Santa Rosa Sound. Linens and towels furnished. Bring your bathing suit and beach towels and simply relax and enjoy. With three pools, fitness centers, and beach access, discover for yourself why guests return again and again to Navarre’s beautiful Gulf Coast. Fantastic views of the sunrises, the sunsets, the white sands and turquoise waters, the dolphins and stingrays, the Navarre Fishing pier and all the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Property was beautiful. VRBO website had property listed as 2 bedroom, 2 bath when it was actually 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Tracy at Best Beach Getaways was able to get us in another unit that was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Much to our satisfaction.
