Welcome to Sandy Sunset, a beautiful Sound front 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound, is just a short walk to the beach, and provides the beach essentials.

The main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a dining table, and a kitchen stocked with anything you may need during your stay. The main level also has two queen bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a primary suite with a king bed, a guest room with two twin beds, and another full bathroom. The home has a tankless water heater.

Enjoy evenings in the backyard with a play area. You will see the most beautiful sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound from the balconies. Take advantage of the boat dock to tie up your boat and fish.

We loved the Sandy Sunset! Peaceful and quiet on the interior Santa Rosa Sound. Kitchen was well equipped. House was clean. Easy walk to the beach. Saw dolphins right outside the back door in the channel! Navarre Beach is a new family favorite location. We would definitely stay here again!
