Children 6 and under may not use the top bunk. No jumping on or from bunk beds. Pack ’n Play and highchair provided.

Guest Access & Parking
Guests have access to the entire home except the locked supply closet and garage.

Parking:
• Private driveway – max 4 vehicles
• No garage or street parking
• Do not park on the lawn (sprinkler system)
• No RVs, boats, campers, or trailers

Outdoor Grill
A propane grill is provided with one full tank. If emptied, guests must exchange it for a full one. Never leave the grill unattended. Use at your own risk.

Exterior cameras monitor the driveway, front door (Ring), pool area (for liability), and pool equipment. The backyard is fully fenced.
