Summerwind is located right on the beach, next to Navarre fishing Pier and access road to mainland. It is a walking distance to several restaurants. This area is secluded, quiet, family-friendly and just majestic - the white sandy beaches, the clear emerald gulf waters and views views views!

Heavenly View truly lives up to its nameThis was our 2nd stay at Heavenly View in Summerwind East 1201 because we loved it so much the first time as well as this time! The condo is perfectly named—the views are breathtaking from every angle. The wraparound balcony is unbelievable, offering gorgeous, unobstructed views on both sides of the building. Whether it was sunrise breakfast or evening waves, the scenery was incredible.The dedicated garage parking spot was a huge convenience, especially on busy beach days. We also appreciated the included beach chair and umbrella service—it made heading down to the sand with our 3 kids effortless and relaxing.Inside, the condo was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. It truly felt like a home away from home with immaculate decor as well.The only challenge we had had nothing to do with this condo or its owners. Some neighboring units were smokers, and the smoke drifted onto our balcony several times, causing us to come inside repeatedly. Once, when we had the door open, it came into the condo. This was difficult because we were traveling with an asthma sufferer. I’m mentioning this in hopes that readers who smoke might realize their decisions can affect the vacations of the families around them who are trying to enjoy the fresh air and waves as they areOverall, we would absolutely stay here again. The views, the convenience, and the comfort make this condo a fantastic choice for a beach getaway. Heavenly View truly delivers.

The photos don't do this place justice, it is absolutely stunning, every room was beautiful. This has been by far the best condo we've stayed at. The views of the beach, easy access to the beach and the complimentary beach chairs were a plus. Not to mention how easy it was to deal with William and check in. Definitely our preferred place now.

This is our second time renting here. It does not get any better in Navarre! This is the PERFECT spot! The two sets of beach chairs are a HUGE BONUS! Everything was great. We will be back!! Love this rental.The deck is the best! The beds and showers are WONDERFUL. The location is fabulous. I cannot say enough about this rental. RENT IT NOW! Just let me have my week! :)

Our host, William, was pleasant and extremely accommodating. The condo was well maintained and the view was absolutely fabulous. My family has stayed in many nice condos on Navarre Beach, but I have to say that Heavenly View ranks at the top of my favorites! We would love to return! An unexpected bonus was having a reserved parking spot in the covered garage only steps away from the elevator!

We came here during low season, January right after New Year. It was amazing. The beach was phenomenal. We even paid the park fee for 7 days and visited Opal Beach and the Fort. Shelling was fantastic! The condo was phenomenal. The view is to die for. The amenities top notch. We had everything we needed for a week stay. The rooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable for everyone. William was amazing. Answered every question and attended to every detail and went above and beyond even when we had a little hiccup during our stay (not related to his rental at all). Some things we would suggest is maybe some pillow upgrades in the bedrooms and more trash bins in the rooms. A very tiny issue compared to all the good things about this rental. If you are still thinking about it, DON'T! Click the book it button!! We will definitely be back.

We were so pleased with our stay. The condo was beautiful and had a great location next to pier. One of the easiest check-ins and check-outs I have experienced! Our Host was great about responding to my questions quickly. Also, the location is walkable to quite a few restaurants.

A gorgeous, spacious condo with a fabulous view! We like to cook a lot at the beach, and the kitchen was very well-supplied. But we also enjoyed eating out at nearby Andy D's and at the Cajun place called Where Y'at. Dave's Oyster House and Lillo's Tuscan Grill near Pensacola were also superb. A visit to the Sea Turtle Rescue Center was very informative. And we loved watching the sunrise from the wrap-a-round balcony. Other pluses: the swimming pool, hot tub, and convenient reserved parking space. Just an all-around wonderful place to stay!!

My fiancé and I along with my family booked this condo for our wedding on the beach/vacation. I was absolutely excited as soon as I walked in this condo and saw the view with the wrap around windows and balcony. The weather didn’t cooperate as we’d hope but the view was still so energizing and relaxing! The 4 beach chairs with umbrellas that were included with the rental saved us from pulling the wagon with alll the chairs so no work involved and that was the best for the beach time that we did get in… effortless! The host was amazing with communicating…very quick to respond to any questions and that is often hard to find. We did not lack for anything while there and the two master bedrooms was definitely a plus with traveling with my mother and allowing her own space with bathroom. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and my fiancé and I truly enjoyed the main master with ocean view. When back in Navarre, we will definitely come back to this condo. Walking distance to restaurants. Simply AMAZING! My husband and I traveled with our 4 adult children who are in their early 20's. This condo fit all of us comfortably. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We LOVED the wraparound balcony to enjoy our coffee each morning and listening to the music from the local bars in the evening. The view is spectacular. The included beach service was perfect for us. I loved not having to drag chairs and umbrellas to the beach each morning. The same spot on the beach was reserved for us throughout our stay. Andy D's Beachside Restaurant is within walking distance. We stopped there several times throughout our stay for drinks and one evening for supper. It was very, very good. Our host William is a rock star! We didn't have any issues throughout our stay, but we did have some questions and he answered them almost immediately. If you are reading this review and questioning whether or not to book this condo, just do it! You will not regret it. We will definitely return.

This was our second time in this unit and it’s great. Location, views, setup, etc are all wonderful. Only thing we noticed upon checking in was that the door handle to the balcony was broken and that’s super minor considering all the pros offered.

A Slice of Paradise – Highly Recommend!

Our stay at Heavenly View was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the coast. Being able to see both the sound and the ocean was amazing! Every detail of the condo was thoughtfully curated for maximum comfort and convenience. It felt like home right from the start!The coastal farmhouse design added a luxurious yet cozy touch, and the comfy furniture and mattresses made for an incredibly restful stay. We especially appreciated the oversized double shower, deep soaking tub, and beautiful bedding—pure indulgence after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, having beach service was a fantastic perk, along with the reserved covered parking spot just steps from the elevator. With our three young children, we were able to leave their toys and other beach items in the back of our vehicle easily with the reserved parking spot! The pools and hot tubs were beautiful and the proximity to Navarre Pier and local restaurants made exploring the area effortless. Beyond the beauty of the condo itself the host was wonderful to work with—responsive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this luxury condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-end beachfront getaway. We’ll absolutely be back!

Best location in Navarre Beach!

I don't want to give away our new choice for a vacation location, but I cannot say enough about this condo. It was CLEAN and well appointed and BEAUTIFUL and the view was the best ever! The wrap around deck with the great patio furniture was the biggest seller! Even in the storms, we had a perfect birds eye view of everything Navarre Beach! Walk to restaurants! Having the two sets of chairs (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) included in the price was the biggest bonus! You know how much those cost per week! And they are INCLUDED with this condo. The reserved parking was amazing. We have a brand new Cadillac (one week old) and it stormed for two days. Our new caddie was safe and sound with the reserved, covered parking right by the elevator. Just the best bonus. So, this condo is full of bonuses! You will love it!! Just don't take my week from us!! :) We will be reserving again and again for Spring Break. Loved everything about our stay!! Thanks so much for a beautiful, fun and memorable week!! Wish we were still there!!! :)

Amazing vacation's spot

You won’t go wrong with this condo. For a family of 4, it was more than enough for us. Add in the view from all around plus the balcony that wraps around on the side, its an absolutely win win.
