Complimentary Beach Chairs Included! (**valid 3/1-10/31) Relax and enjoy great views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the spacious balcony of our 5th-floor unit. The unit has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 double beds, a bunk room with twin size bunk beds. The condo has two full baths. Each room is equipped with cable TV. There is a full-size laundry room with washer and new dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped including all appliances, new refrigerator, microwave, blender, etc. No pets and no smoking allowed. Perfect for a family get-away, or a quick escape for yourself, Summerwind 503 C is sure to be what the doctor ordered! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

This is our new go to! We have no complaints about the property! Amazing views and stocked with everything we needed. We were so surprised being able to get in early which started off our vacation right! The communication with the staff was fantastic! We woke up to water in the laundry room one morning and they had maintenance out to fix it within an hour and immediately brought us extra towels with a smile on their face! The location is perfect within walking distance to different restaurants. The shelling was my best ever! We will 100% be back! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

4th of July vacation 2025

Great location! Fireworks were amazing on the pier. Couldn’t have a better location to view them from. Water is beautiful and the clearest we’ve ever seen. Everyone was friendly and nice. Only complaints are the condo needs to be updated, needs some fresh paint in some areas, could use some smart tv’s and all of the good chairs on the beach were reserved. Wish we would have know we needed to reserve them in advance.

The Smell of the Ocean

The unit was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. Master bedroom has an excellent view of the ocean. Great to wake up to this view. We even got a call that we could check in early. Recommend this unit.
