A beach paradise on the coast of Navarre

Back on the vacation rental market!
Spacious, top floor, 1 bedroom waterfront condo on the Santa Rosa sound. The sunsets from the balcony are breath taking. You will be just steps away from water of the sound as well as the white sandy beaches of the gulf.

This unit has a large living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for dinners at home, and large bedroom and bathroom. Also, unlike studio units in this complex, our condo has an in-suite washer and dryer. This unit easily sleeps 4 with a King Bed and a sleeper sofa. WiFi included.

Sunset Harbor Palms offers a fishing pier, pavilion with 2 charcoal grills, and a swimming pool. This is a great location at the end of the island near the Gulf Island National Seashore where it's less congested and you can easily slip into Pensacola or down to the Navarre Pier.

If you vacation here once, you will want to return year after year.

The condo was beautifully decorated, peaceful and serene. The kitchen was very well stocked. AC was cold. The bed was comfortable. Spectacular views from the balcony. We enjoyed walking along the bay. Condo and location are true to the pictures. Dave was very quick to answer any questions. We have stayed at the complex several times in the past 7 years, and this condo is our favorite. We plan to return soon.

Excellent property to stay at. This is our second time using Dave’s condo and 12th time at the Palms. Best unit we have ever rented. Communication with owner is second to none and very accommodating. Book it and enjoy!

Almost Perfect

The property was great! The property manager answered on the first ring when the app wouldn't open with check-in info. Cable and Internet were intermittent but not fault of owner. Weather was perfect. Stay was Great. Hope we can do it again soon!

Couldn't enjoy balcony because of smoking neighbors

Room was clean and nice. Elevator was broken so we had to drag all of our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. Could not even sit outside on the balcony and enjoy it because the people directly below us on the 2nd floor (I'm assuming they live there?) chain smoked on the balcony from 7am-9pm every day!!! The smoke was so bad we couldn't breathe! Will not stay here again.

Love this condo!

Beautiful views, beautiful decor and very comfortable condo. They have done some beautiful renovations (love the shower)! There were beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys in the closet to use. When the gulf is too rough, it is so nice to enjoy the bay. We also love to fish off the pier in this community. It really feels like home away from home!

Perfect Property!

The pictures really do this place no justice! SUPER clean property, beautiful view, the pavilion was so awesome, the pier was perfect! Having beach chairs available for use, as well as umbrella was awesome as well! It was so nice and quiet, relaxing was easy! Being able to do laundry was a huge plus as well! Showers on site to clean off, little swimming area right in the back! It was perfect! We will definitely be back!!! We loved our stay here! Only complaint is parking! Lol We didn’t cook we had to leave to eat, and it seemed we had to park so far away from the condo each time. But we got in some exercise, the place was worth it.

Wonderful!

My husbands family lives in Milton. This was a nice getaway when visiting the in-laws! Dave was very accommodating when checking in. We had our 1.5 year old who needed a nap and Dave made sure we were able to get her that nap. We will be back!

First timers at Navarre and loved it

I would recommend Navarre to any one looking for a great beach getaway with less crowds, delicious food and this Sunset Harbor Palms condo rental. This condo was very nice and well equipped. King bed was very comfortable and beautiful bay side view. Just a zig and a zag to the beach for lots of ocean fun. Having an available elevator to the 3rd floor was priceless for us older adults. Our daughter’s family stayed at the Santa Rosa RV park which made our trip extra fun. We enjoyed dining at Dewey Destin’s, Scooters, and the Shrimp Basket and Dave’s Oyster Bar were our favs. Hope to visit again in the near future.

Beautiful condo and view

The condo is beautifully updated. Two downfalls one not “major”; however, kitchen trash can was the size of a bathroom one. We went and bought tall trash bags. The second is just a reminder to renters. You can’t choose the neighbors. The balcony was wonderful until the neighbors started smoking which was very, very frequently; therefore, wasn’t able to enjoy it with my husband who is asthmatic. The condo is non smoking the neighbors weren’t. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place to stay with beautifully updated features. Love the shower design.❤️

My best vacation rental to date..

This condo is in great shape and delivered on it’s advertisement. The unit ideally located in the complex for a great view and access to the waterfront and pier. The pier was in good shape also and provided everything you could ask for regarding lighting, water, etc. If I ever return to this area I will definitely want to stay in this unit.

Great Time - Relaxing Enviornment

We had a very enjoyable stay in Navarre. The Condo was nice and clean and the owner was great to work with. The beautiful sunsets and views from the balcony were awesome. The temperatures for late Sept. were perfect and I was able to get a line wet on the pier a few times. Can't wait to come back as it is a difficult place to leave. We will be back.

Wonderful Condo With Beautiful Views!

The condo is spacious and accommodated our family of 4 well. It was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The owner responded immediately with any questions asked and information needed to make our stay perfect. We weren't disappointed! The view of the sunset from the condo's balcony is breathtaking. The Santa Rosa Sound is just beautiful, the calm and shallow water of the sound made it nice for our children and relaxing for my husband and me. Also, we had easy access to the pool, the fishing pier and grills at the pavilion. The Gulf side is an easy walk just a block away. We certainly enjoyed our evening walks on the beach as well as getting in some fishing from the shoreline. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back to Navarre and this wonderful condo.
