Adjacent to this area is a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen comes with a small dining table and an exit leading to the terrace. Also on this level, you'll find a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin. Upstairs, there's a gallery with sloping ceilings, two rooms (each with a French bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm), and one room with sloping ceilings that has two beds (90 cm x 190 cm). The property is heated with an electric heating system.
