Dirty sheets and flooring , bathroom was not clean. Asked for new bedding sheets and lady at front desk did not want to provide, only gave limited items as flat sheet and pillow case. Area does not feel safe . Says no smoking but I could smell cigarette smoke coming into my room from vents. I requested for a different room and was denied . Would not recommend to stay here .

As we drove up to the Inn we were welcome with hookers. When we checked in to our room they stated we needed to pay a $20 deposit fee. I was under the impression of booking with Hotels.com what you see is what you pay. Finally when we got to our room it looks as if the sheets were turned in inside out and they were a bit crusty. There was BM all over the handle of the toilet. There was a big whole in the wall as if someone punched the wall. The first day there was no hot water. We had a non smoking room and the whole room smelled of cigarettes it began to give a headache. I wish I have taken pictures but I was too grossed out. No one should have to stay in something like that.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cool when arrived, Ac was super cold. Tv had good channels, only thing missing was a microwave. Fridge worked great. Check in and check out was a breeze.

My fiance and I stay here any time we are in San Diego for a few reasons. Typically we just need a place to sleep and shower, we don't spend much time at the hotel itself. This place is pretty clean, has ample off-street parking, and is easy to check in and out. This most recent stay they had a virtual attendant who checked us in which was a new experience but still very quick and efficient. If you are looking for an affordable place to crash while on the road, this is a good spot.
