The villa offers a warm lobby, an island-style kitchen, and a beautifully designed outdoor patio overlooking the garden, pool, and comfortable seating areas. A freshwater stream flows right in front of the villa, creating a serene and refreshing atmosphere throughout your stay.



Inside, each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with premium toiletries, comfortable bedding, and large windows that bring in natural light. Some rooms include charming jharokha-style seating, perfect for reading or enjoying the surrounding landscape. Extra mattresses can be provided for larger groups.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

• Food delivery apps do not operate in this location — plan meals with the property team ahead of arrival.

• A refundable security deposit and valid government-issued photo ID are required at check-in. Foreign nationals must carry a passport with a valid Indian visa.

• Small celebrations and decorations are welcome in outdoor spaces with prior approval; nothing may be fixed to the villa walls.

• Complimentary parking, daily housekeeping and 24-hour power backup.

• Strictly vegetarian — non-vegetarian food may not be brought into or consumed at the property, even from outside.

• No hookah, illegal drugs or related paraphernalia permitted.

• No loud music or speakers during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.)

• No unapproved parties or gatherings — small celebrations need prior sign-off.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas — smoking indoors or spitting tobacco/paan attracts a ₹10,000 fine.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Visitors are only permitted with prior approval and valid ID.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.

• Guests must vacate immediately if a complaint is raised by local authorities because of their conduct — no refund will apply in such cases.
