We truly enjoyed our time at this chalet. It’s comfortable, peaceful, and clearly cared for, but what stood out most was how wonderfully responsive and thoughtful André was throughout our stay.We arrived to find that VRBO had rearranged the listing photos in a way that created a different first impression. André immediately took the matter seriously, looked into it, contacted VRBO himself, and kept me updated with genuine care. He handled everything with warmth, clarity, and fairness — even offering a meaningful resolution despite the issue being entirely on VRBO’s side.Thanks to his attentiveness, the situation was resolved quickly, and we were able to relax and enjoy the chalet and its surroundings. It’s rare to encounter a host who is this engaged and gracious, and it made all the difference.We left feeling well taken care of and would happily return.

This was a cute Chalet but steps to kitchen, steps to bedrooms so if any physical issues this would not be for you. The host had well equipped kitchen but no microwave. We enjoyed our stay.
