I loved this place. The staff is exceptional helpful and friendly. They genuinely seem like they want to help even when situations are difficult. They went out of there way for me several times and multiple people. Love the property and the spa as well. Food is also really good!

This is an outstanding hotel. It was constructed 25 years ago out of concrete and rustic native wood overlooking Last Hope Bay. The hotel deservedly won architectural awards for its forward looking eco-friendly design that enables the hotel to retain 58% of the incident sunlight in a climate in which this is a highly desirable feature. The staff were friendly and the food was outstanding.

Very courteous staff. Excellent food with excellent service in restaurant. Room spotless and clean and room service excellent. Front office staff also excellently courteous and helpful. Loved the native artifacts and the natural wood interiors. This is much more peaceful and beautiful than “modern” concrete, steel and plastics. Spa also excellent with superb pool and very clean hot tub. We plan to return soon!
