Boa tarde. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, apesar do quarto estar limpo. Ar-condicionado simplesmente parou de funcionar na segunda diária, por volta das 00h00, recepcionista ofereceu um ventilador?! Depois que questionei me colocou em outro quarto, que também o ar-condicionado estava com dificuldade de funcionamento.

O quarto não estava muito limpo e o ar condicionado no quarto que fiquei era horrível. O controle simplesmente só aumentava e abaixava a temperatura. Não dava para regular a questão força, o visor dele era pra fora, ficava uma luz extremamente forte do led VERMELHO no quarto todo q vinha do ar. E se colocasse em uma temperatura acima de 16º. O ar parava por uns 15 minutos. Aí dps ligava novamente. Não dava para dormir com ar desligado q estava fazendo calor. Então tinha q ser no 16 para ele não desligar do nada e fazer calor. Não tinha como regular esse tempo no controle. Pq só aumentava, diminuía e desligava.
