Check in on Weekends is long. Breakfast overflow is sent to the penthouse where there are cold eggs, cold rolls, no toaster, no omelet stations.Check out is also very long wait. Weeksdays are much better.

Not as advertised. Reserved 3 rooms, only 2 rooms were ready at 3 pm check in time. We had to wait for over an hour for the third only to find Room was dirty and outdated. It has a window type A/C while the other two had split type, A/C was very loud. Door seemed to have been forced open previously and has no latch lock, TV was tiny and did not even work. Safe did not work, found the batteries scattered inside it. Phone was for display only as staff claimed all phones in each room do not work, must use WhatsApp or viber to contact them. Very disappointing.

The area is terrible. I don’t know how they made the building look nice in the pictures. When I got there I decided not to check in and got another hotel. It’s a shame that Orbitz doesn’t verify description and reviews.

Check in and check out is very old fashioned… slow manual- they needed id of all adults in the group but not on the need list so everyone goes looking gor all their companion while the line keeps building up! Going out needs a lot of paper filling up and they make you wait while someone checks the room! I think it's ridiculous

This place is fantastic. View is incredible. Place is old but has charm. Pool is sweet. Breakfast in very good. Every night, it is sunset, then chose your meat/seafood and they grill it, then fire artists. I would make sure when you checkout, someone from your party is in the room to go through their inspection process with them, they blamed me for a missing hand towel before I could checkout, only cost 50 php, but I am not in the business of stealing a hand towel, just absurd. That cost them the star, or would have been 5.

The food was horrible. Got sick from the first day. All of us got sick. They have no options for food. Even their coffee is water. Nothing around there to eat except 3 carts very smellyyou walk to the carts you smell bathroom you cannot stand there the salad full of flies. The food is cold. Probably warmed up a few times per days. They keep putting the same stuff and very expensive for that food. they have a grill food, frozen nothing fresh you could not eat it from the smell of it. This is not a resort. If you wanna get sick go to it. Horrible experience never again.

Lack of customer service with Front desk at check out. They don’t have lines people with checking in and checking out but have to wait a long time for a room check before giving the ticket leaving the premises. The female manager at the desk is not very helpful and entitled. Not a good example and need training how to deliver great customer service.

White sand beach with big pool

The beach is surely the highlight of this resort. While it is showing signs of age, it still offers plenty to do for families. The bouncing castle in the beach is a winner but not for the faint hearted. The breakfast buffet was good as I did not expect a wide variety as the rates were also very affordable.

The rooms were old and the bathroom was leaking, there were some cockroaches as well. It needs updating The staff’ were very attentive and amazing The food that was served for breakfast was delicious/ filipino style.
