107号室のスイートに泊まったのですが 外のテラスでコーヒーを飲みながら 上を見ると蜘蛛の巣がいっぱいあり 金属のテーブルには鳥フンがありました 室内はとても綺麗なのに とても残念な気持ちになりましたので 是非改善して頂きたいです

ステキなホテルでした。 スタッフの対応も良く、お料理も大変美味しかったです。 特に蛤と舞茸の土瓶蒸しが絶品でした。 いくらをのせたご飯も美味しかったです。 息子が白米を食べたいと、最後におにぎりをお願いしたら、快く握っていただき、これがとても美味しかったと言ってました。 おすすめのお土産を尋ねたら、親切に教えていただき、対応していただいた女性のスタッフの笑顔の対応が良かったです。 機会があったら、また、宿泊したいです。
