My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and we'll be looking forward to staying here again the next time we travel to Nassau.

We checked in February 13 late that night ,we was put in on the third floor. The room was nice but i did not like the bathroom it was too small especially the shower,been on third floor was not good for me because of my sciatica . So i asked to be move to a lower level which we were put to the second floor,it was nice but when it came to using the bathroom there was a huge water leaking from the ceiling😣had to call front desk to get help.For the breakfast serving can i suggest that it needs to be up grade,for a sample serving salty sausage is not a breakfast . Breakfast sausage is best every other items was okay. The room that we was put in did not had a fridge nor a microwave, I am not complaining this is me giving my opinion this was my first time staying at your hotel. Me being a #1 (diabetic I take insulin that needs to be keep in a fridge )#2 I had a plate of food went downstairs and asked if it can be warmed up I was told no because it was not allowed🤔🤔but on the third floor had microwave and fridge which did not make know sense to me. Please take in consideration when persons travel and paying their money they are paying for hospitality ,comfort and customer service. They Staff Was Great👍👍

I had a great stay at Towne hotel. Nice historical feel to it, and interesting art to look at. The staff were really helpful and friendly with amazing local knowledge and suggestions. Really nice clean room with a comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Great location. I would highly recommend if you are visiting Nassau.

Do Not Book. The property is completely misrepresented on Expedia. Extremely dirty, cockroaches present, and serious cleanliness and safety concerns. Management was unprofessional and uncooperative regarding a refund. This stay resulted in financial loss and major disappointment. Expedia should reconsider allowing this property on its platform.

The hotel is located in town and walking distance to McDoinald, Dunkin Donuts, grocery store and restaurants. Plenty shopping stores but expensive as it in the location for tourists off the cruise ships. Needs getting proper information to use the bus routes but taxis are plentyful but can be expensive. Hotel need a little updating but it is clean and secure. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly. But room was not clean. Hair was in the bathtub, and but was crawling on the bed sheet when I turned it down to go to sleep. No shampoo or tissues in the room.

Staff was so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Food/Drinks at the bar/ restaurant were delicious and affordable. I was in the junior suite which included a microwave and refrigerator. Loved that. One down side water takes forever to get hot (I was there in winter) but I had friends have the same issues at their hotels so it could be the area.
