The PALMS Cottage is Part of the Viking Hill Property with additional Features like Social Area, Pool, and Pool Deck large living room and other activities. Honestly it’s not what they make it out to be online when you check in the room wasn’t clean had bugs had a hole in one of our towel the pool was dirty property wasn’t kept up to date I would not recommend this to any family or individual

The outside of the property needs updating (which they were working on) but the room was exactly as listed. The beach is right across the street, but to swim, we had to walk a little way. Taxis are very expensive. Get a price first because the cost range is huge. 40-80 per ride one way. Overall it was a great room. We have no complaints. Corneilla is so sweet and helpful!
