Many things are within walking distance as we are located near some of Nashville's most desirable, rapidly growing areas - Belmont / Hillsboro Village / 12 South. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our home is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%).
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. NO Parties. We do not host people local to Nashville.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors.
