About this property

Casetta della Morica alle Gole Del Nera

Casetta della Morica — Contemporary charm on the banks of the Nera River
In the heart of the picturesque village of Stifone, a hamlet of Narni overlooking the turquoise waters of the Nera river, stands the Casetta della Morica, a home that blends history, nature and modern design with harmony.
Outside, it retains the rustic charm of the Umbrian tradition, with exposed stone and essential lines, but it is when you cross the threshold that its contemporary soul is revealed: the interior has been completely renovated with a modern and refined style, where the careful use of color gives warmth, personality and brightness to the rooms. Natural tones are mixed with bolder chromatic touches, creating a perfect balance between comfort and creativity.
The spaces, although collected, are carefully designed to offer functionality and atmosphere: every detail - from the minimal but welcoming furniture to the refined finishes - helps to make the Casetta della Morica a unique place, where you can relax and rediscover a slow pace.
A few steps from the famous Roman port of Stifone and surrounded by paths, waterfalls and river landscapes, this house is perfect for those looking for a modern retreat immersed in history and nature.
