The airport shuttle from Narita was awesome. The staff fnot as friendly as I am used to in a hotel. They should probably move the self check kiosks separate from the front desk since they mostly want people to use those instead of the front desk. I have stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and the beds in this hotel are definitely the hardest and most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. Be prepared to have a rough sleep and back ache the next morning. I did not have their breakfast, but the convenience store was a lifesaver as it had lots of bento and food to choose from since there is no restaurant or bar in this hotel complex. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about and I do not stay here again since the beds are the worst I have ever slept in. I think concrete slab as being a bit softer than the beds here.

Room was clean, good facilities, useful shuttle bus to the airport. Was a little worried because after I booked the room it said that check out stops at 22:00. However it seemed like it was 24:7 checkin/checkout and I was able to check in at 23:30. Cheaper to stay the night after our flight got delayed and I we missed the last train/bus than pay for a taxi back to Tokyo.
